With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I consider myself not just a fitness professional but a catalyst for positive change and a promoter of a balanced lifestyle, guiding others towards optimal health and vitality.
As a seasoned Strength Coach and Functional Movement Specialist, I am a graduate of Manhattan College with a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. In addition, I am a certified Wellness Nutrition Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and an accredited Assisted Stretch Flexologist. With 12 years of proven success in helping countless individuals to reach their health and wellness goals, I have developed a comprehensive plan that includes Movement, Nutrition and Recovery.
